Hop Shing Lee (HSL) is a Chinese local manufacturer, has long been managed by the management from Hong Kong since founded. The factories of Hop Shing Lee (HSL) were built started in 1991, with its own plants which occupy over 30,000 square meters in total, including independent mold pouring and plastic factory, hardware factory, Surface mount Technology (SMT) factory, car audio systems factory and GPS electronics assembling factory, along with numerous advanced fittings and equipments, a synergy effect has achieved and one-stop production of electronic products has become possible within the factories. Starting from specialised in manufacturing electronic components in more than a decade ago, as yet, manufacturing electronic products-car audio systems and GPS navigation devices, etc, are all with their own designed, with local and overseas markets. In May 2007, a new office was also set up in Hong Kong for the use of marketing and promoting their products to the overseas markets.

Our Business Portfolio
In the past 15 years, we specialised in manufacturing plastic housing of car audio, DVD, VCD, TV, CD, and cover cases of remote control, various kinds of electronic materials, conductors and screws, plastic mould, and also SMT assembling on materials given to us. Furthermore, we started to manufacture GPS navigation devices in 2006.

The various production equipments, machines and technical workers in the five factories of HSL, manufacture and process different types of goods: GPS devices and car audio, materials which need SMT processing, also plastic and hardware products. Our maximum production of GPS devices is 60,000units/month.

The production buildings area of Hop Shing Lee Electronics Co. Ltd occupies over 10,800 sq. metres; and a total area of over 20,000 sq. metres including staff dormitory and gardens etc; which provides our staff a nice and beautiful environment to live and work. In 2006, we started to manufacture GPS navigation devices. From product design to casing and delivery, we cope with every production process seriously; to ensure our GPS navigation devices to have the best quality and to achieve the world standard.

Hop Shing Lee Plastics and Molding Factory
This factory occupies 7,000 sq. metres with over 600 workers, mainly manufactures and processes plastic products and materials. The core products are the panels of car audio products and the covers of other electrical appliances. We handle every production procedure seriously, from mould production to laser engraving; we aim at the best quality.
1. Mold Production
With 20 sets molding and processing Equipments, some of our products are covers and panels of computer, electrical appliances, digital camera, MP4 and GPS, etc.
2. Plastic injection processing
With 28 sets of Chen De, Chen Hsong injection molding machines, our products are all at the highest quality.
3. Coating
The coating department is a dustless area, with 18 sets of coating equipments and machines, also two coating production lines.
4. Silk-screen Printing
Silk-screen printing department is a dustless, closed area, with high quality silk-screen printing and stamping foil equipments, we now have four silk-screen printing production lines there.
5. Laser Engraving
We only use the most advanced laser engraving processing system and the latest laser equipments, our main products are laser buttons, panels and sheets of MP3, MP4, VCD, DVD and also car audio.
Li Xin Hardware Factory
Li Xin Hardware Factory was set up in August 2001, it occupies over 6000sq.m. With 72 sets of advanced hardware press machines, we specialize in manufacturing hardware accessories of car audio, GPS devices and hardware processing products.

Hop Shing Lee (SMT) Electronics Factory
Hop Shing Lee (SMT) Electronics Factory was set up in May 2004. It is a closed, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and dustless air-conditioned production area. The production area occupies 1200sq.m, with professional equipments and machines-JUKI Placement Systems and DEK-ELAi Screen Printing machines etc, we can perform dispensing, lead or lead-free soldering and bonding, and so on. In October 2005, we also attained the ISO9001: 2000 certification for our production
RoHS-Environmental friendly electrical equipment
As the RoHS Directive came into force on 1 July 2006, we purchased lead-free soldering equipment and started using lead-free solder paste in response straightaway.
